You will find a wide selection of art books, illustrated books, and postcards in our bookstore. In addition, you can purchase multiples, artist’s recordings, and in part rare artist’s books. You can also buy numerous exhibition catalogues, posters, and much more in our online bookstore. [Shop]
The museum library contains a comprehensive supply of exhibition catalogues, artist’s monograms, and art magazines. The focus is on publications on the visual arts from the 1960s to the present as well as inventory catalogues of museums both in Germany and abroad. The library currently contains circa 10,000 volumes and can be accessed via an in-house database.
Visitors to the Weserburg can also use our library. Books and magazines can be viewed in the library or you can make photocopies.
The entrance to the library is across from the main entrance to the museum.

Wednesday 3:00–5:00 p.m., Thursday 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
The library is closed during the semester break.
